Ever since I got an Inspire 3 it has been a horrific product. Often wouldn't turn on, tracking worked only about 10% of the time, horrible battery life, and struggled to ever sync with the app. Now I have to try and sync it every single time I use it with steps from customer service, and it works about a quarter of the time and wastes 30 minutes while I try desperately for it to work.
I have been told multiple times there is nothing wrong with my device.
I wish I was a better runner that didn't need to actively know my distance and pace, but I do--and purchasing a device to do this that doesn't work has killed my desire to go out and run when this product doesn't work and I can't actually track my workouts.
There are few purchases you can say have actively HURT your to exercise, but I can truly say that purchasing an Inspire 3 has derailed the workout plan I was on for over a year. It's not even like purchasing this product has been a net neutral--it has actively hurt my desire to get out and run.

My Inspire 3 device, and quite possibly the entire APP has been failing at almost all tracking of any kind and if actually started with the Inspire 2 I replaced with the Inspire 3! GPS mapping is totally not working as it cuts off and looks like it’s triangulating new paths between random points in my walks, cutting across houses and yards and routes you could never take. The results for any category will often be different depending on which page or panel you’re looking at and often totally inaccurate. Now it will often not allow me to even start an exercise, it no longer shows which workouts to choose from. I have restarted it dozens of times, I’ve removed it entirely from my iPhone 13 and reinstalled it, I even erased the iOS on my iPhone back to factory specs and settings and then restored my data from my iCloud backup while the Fitbit app was deleted, and it still doesn’t work. In fact it got worse. I’ve given up on getting help from Support because they just suggest all the usual quick fixes that I’ve already done. Although I might try them one more time. I don’t know what else to do.

Oh, and it’s now started to tell me it can’t save the workouts I do manage to get started because, get this, it says I haven’t walked enough distance to even measure the walk, even though it will show the time spent and other stats somewhat accurately.
I track my workouts using MapMyFitness, which is ONLY a phone app with no tracker device, at the same time to compare. They used to be pretty close to the same, but now there’s virtually no comparison at all. The MapMyFitness also still accurately tracks and shows the routes I’ve taken, which suggests that it’s not my phone or iOS that’s malfunctioning, but definitely the Fitbit devices and app.
is anyone else having these kinds of serious problems??
