Ever since the latest update on my Inspire 3, when I'm in the middle of an exercise, I get a pop up saying "Stop Exercise?" with a huge YES button. You have to actually touch the Yes button to scroll down to NO. This usually happens around 5 minutes in, when I've started recording the workout manually.

@ThatKat and @nevsky It's good to see you here.
Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding the new firmware. I'd like to share with you that there is a new feature within the Exercise app called Auto Stop which alerts you to end certain exercises if you haven't moved for more than 10 minutes. I understand how frustrating this can be and while you have worked on this prior to posting, please confirm if you've tried the following:

this wouldn't apply (for me), as i was getting that screen while in motion, not with a 10 minute rest...

@nevsky It's good to see you again.
Thanks for sharing additional information. While that's odd, may I know if you tried the steps suggested above? If not, please give them a try and monitor its behavior on your next exercise.

Same thing is happening on my Inspire 3. I have no 'Auto Pause' option under the exercise but there is an 'Auto Stop' which I disabled and will see if that helps. This feature seems to be buggy though because it always happens after a few minutes (but less than 10 minutes) in, even though my heart rate is already elevated.

I've only tried it once since turning off 'Auto Stop' but it did seem to work. I did not get a pop-up to stop the exercise.

But where is the “exercise app on your inspire 3”? Do you mean where you cycle between different types of exercises, such as walk or run or a weightlifting, etc? Beause if that’s what you’re talking about, when I scroll up or down from there, I don’t see an “Auto Pause”. So where do I go?

Do you have an "Auto Stop"? I disabled that and it seemed to work. I assume that's what @LizzyFitbit meant.

Hi @QueueUnderflow and @MikeSmith85. It's good to see you again.
@QueueUnderflow Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad the steps worked for you and I just edited my previous post so it can reflect the right instructions.
@MikeSmith85 Thanks for joining this thread. As our friend mentioned, just open the Exercise app, the one that shows all exercise types. Tap on Walk or any other exercise, and scroll up to check the settings of that exercise. There you'll find the option to turn off Auto Stop.
