Display glitch when scrolling down Inspire 3

When scrolling down the inspire 3 display to see the stats (e.g. steps, heart rate, spo2 etc) I am always getting a sudden display glitch. For a moment the display quickly alternates between the battery level and the actual stat (e.g. exercise stats). Once this happens, everything runs smoothly again until the display turns off. Has anyone else noticed that?

Hi there, @KoKou. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for stopping by to report this inconvenience with your Inspire 3 display.

I really appreciate you've mentioned all those details of this issue on your post, it's very helpful. This is not an expected behavior of Inspire 3. Please try the following steps to correct this:

  • Restart your Fitbit: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • Change your clock face to a different one.
  • If the issue persist, sync your data and then try to erase your device: How do I erase my Fitbit device? Note: this step deletes stored data on your tracker, personal information and saved settings/messages. Your previous data will be safe on your Fitbit account.

Hope this helps.
