I am leaving reviews everywhere! How does 10,000 steps equal 2.1 miles? Or 3.05 miles? Bring back the quality and accuracy of the Fitbit 1!!!!!!!!!!!

@WYmom , a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Distance is measured by multiplying the amount of steps and stride length. 
Stride length is measured by your personal information (age, high, etc). 

If you consider to have a different stride length as the average for people with your data, you can always customize it. More about it can be read here:

My stride remains the same and the fitbit is worn as a clip. It is not my stride, the fitbit makers are putting out substandard products.
