Do not have "Settings" app on my Inspire 3

I do not seem to have the "Settings" function in my Inspire 3.  When I double-tapped it one day to see the screen, it popped up to turn OFF function that allows the screen to come on when I tilt my wrist.  I couldn't do anything with it without touching the screen.  Now that is turned off and the screen doesn't wake up when I turn my wrist and I don't receive notifications when texts come in or someone is calling.  Because I don't have the "Settings" function, I can't reset it back to the way it was when I took it out of the box?  Is there a hard restart that will reset it back to the factory settings?

@Nurse_Gin when you swipe down on the screen of your Inspire 3, the first tile is "Auto Wake". Tap that and then scroll down to confirm that selection. That will cause your Fitbit to light up when you tilt your arm.

If you aren't getting notifications, you may have DND or Sleep Mode enabled. If you keep swiping down from the home screen on your Fitbit, you will find those settings. You want Auto Wake and DND to be aqua colored and Sleep Mode should be black. If they aren't, tap on them to switch those settings.

Yeah.. doesn't work.  I can barely get the Auto Wake screen to show and not consistently.  When I can see the screen, it looks like it has DND and then a symbol underneath it with a line drawn through it and the Auto Wake underneath it. If I tap it, it says 'locked during sleep mode' with an aqua "OK".  If I touch anything, the screen just goes black.  I don't even see Sleep Mode.  If I try to swipe either up or down, the screen just goes black.  There is no scrolling to get to other settings.
