Erratic syncing and data retention

For the past couple of weeks, my Inspire 3 has either been unable to sync, doesn’t record my sleep consistently, and can’t track my health metrics accurately or at all. I’ve deleted the device, restarted, turned off my phone, etc. (all of the usual recommendations), and I can’t recover that information to the app for tracking. As an example, yesterday when I synced I logged 97 Zone Minutes, but today it indicates that I had 0 Zone Minutes yesterday. My exercise days are not logging either. This is all really frustrating after dealing with the loss of period tracking for several days. Please fix these frustrating bugs. And please don’t post instructions about resetting, because those don’t work.

Same. I think it's just that the inspire 3 is a cheap version of the tracker that just doesn't function properly. I've been having these problems for over a year.

@lbishara sorry to hear this.

When you say that you deleted the device. Did you remove it from your phones Bluetooth, or the fitbit app/account? If you removed it from the fitbit account, I do not know anyway if recovering unsynced data.. The setup new device first clears the data from the device..

Adding a Tracker as a replacement, if it is the same tracker, fitbit will try to sync any unsynced data.

Thanks for the reply. I deleted it from the app using “delete this device”
and re-installed it, which I have to do often just to get the sync to
finish, however inaccurate/incomplete. Otherwise, the status bar stays
locked about halfway, and eventually I get an error message.
