I have never seen anything like that on the four Inspire 3 devices that my wife and I have been trying to use. I suspect that the probability of getting exactly the same number of steps every day is as close to zero as it gets, given the inherent inaccuracies of any wrist-worn fitness tracking device for counting steps.
It will be interesting to see what the moderators have to say about this issue.
Best AnswerHi, @BevyG , this is definitely a glitch and not your step count. Does your Fitbit show the same number of steps as the app? I would recommend giving your Inspire 3 a restart. The instructions are here . I would also recommend logging out of your app and logging back in again. Please let us know if these steps fix this issue.
