Hi, my excercise are suddenly not logging in the app. It was fine up to Monday this week but nothing since. My excercise zone minutes are recorded in the heart rate section and all info correct on the online dashboard. I've updated the app, forced stop and restarted my phone but can't get the info to register. Any ideas please?

My steps are not showing and it won’t update. It shows other info but not that.

Updating! I have spoken with customer support twice. My steps now show up as identical for every day going back weeks and weeks. I stopped checking so I don’t know how far back. CLEARLY, the Fitbit and the app are not working together. My Fitbit shows steps each day and the app won’t sync. I have a report number and they asked for 24 hours to get back to me on the solution…. It’s been more than 24 hours and still no reply or solution. My Fitbit is less than two months old. This should not be happening. So, (1) customer support if you read this, replace my Fitbit. And (2) other people in this forum, can you recommend a step tracker from a different brand? I don’t want a smart watch, just a reliable step and exercise tracker. Trying to get away from the 24/7 phone thing.

Mine have stopped showing again, this was an issue not so long ago and it’s happened again!! Nightmare
