Hi @IsaacJK. No, you do not need premium. You can check the features for the Inspire 3 here. When you click the drop down on a feature, if premium is needed it will say so (for example, Daily Readiness Score requires premium). SpO2, however, does not. You can find the availability of SpO2 in particular countries at the bottom of this page. Australia is on the list.
