Excercises Not Syncing From Watch

Of course I'd have to post again with another fitbit issue.

I've logged two Yoga sessions on my watch this morning. One lasting around 28 minutes and another around 3.

I finished the first session, waited several minutes, synced my phone and device and - what do you know - no yoga exercise appeared on the app.

I have already force stopped the app, restarted the device and my phone. The app shows that they are syncing but where is my exercise that I logged from my device? Not in the app, that's for sure.

I tested it again after force stopping, restarting and resyncing with a 3 minute yoga session logged on my device. Guess what? It won't show in the app. Again.

This is such a waste of money. How can you expect me to pay for premium?!

Update: My morning dog walk was not auto detected today either, and the steps my device has logged are extremely off.

I'm having issues this morning, as well. I walked my morning doggie walk, tracking it through the app. It shows the appropriate time and distance...but only about two thirds of the steps. I guess I must have taken really LARGE steps!  Speaking of steps.... I'm about one step away from tossing this Fitbit. They spend all this time and effort on adding all this fancy stuff and can't even get the basics right.

@Bfm129 I suspect my dog walks aren't appearing accurately over the past few days, also...but I haven't had time to deeply look into it. I do KNOW I logged these yoga sessions this morning from my watch and they aren't on the app now.

None of us should have to force stop, restart, uninstall, reinstall, etc. this often. This device is awful, the support is lackluster, and the cost is insane.

I hope nobody else wastes their money on this device after reading this. I've had this watch for less than two months and in that time, it has stopped sending notifications, stopped logging food, the sleep tracking functionality is a complete functionality gamble and works only when it seems like it wants to, and now I can't even log an exercise on my device and have it show on my phone. SAVE. YOUR. HARD. EARNED. MONEY.

My exercises have also not been recording on the app. I track my walks with my Fitbit and Google fit on my phone. Usually both will show up on the app, but lately only the info from Google fit is showing up, which of course is not the full info. It doesn't track the same as the Fitbit. However the app is reflecting the correct steps and calories for the day, so it's weird that the exercises are not showing up. I just gave up at this point and hopefully it will just start magically working again, but I won't hold my breath on that.

I'm having the same problems and my steps are way off. I reset my watch and the apps and my steps are loss.

@jlally  same thing happened to me. My dog walk this morning didn't auto detect but I saw 1969 steps logged on the device. I came back home, synced to my phone and now both reflect 350 steps. Pretty wild for a .5 mile dog walk.

The company I work for put out a notification yesterday about issues with Cloudflare servers. That is my only guess as to why we're seeing another issue added to the mountain.
