My Fitbit has gone from awesome to awful. It doesn’t track sleep correctly. And the exercise shortcuts are no longer available. I use 6 exercises consistently. Since it’s updated it only has the top 3 at top and then I’m left scrolling without my glasses because I’m working out through 30 exercises to get to my same 6. They need to fix these issues. There are too many devices to choose from to have such errors all of a sudden.

Hi, @CMarie5 , when you go to the exercise app on your Fitbit it will show you the top few exercises used most recently. Sometimes an update might make the Fitbit “forget” your most recent exercises (that’s an oopsie from the developers, because it shouldn’t happen…) but I promise that once you choose your favourites again they will all be at the top again.
As for your sleep tracking issues I would recommend creating a separate post and and indicating what seem to be your specific issues with sleep tracking.

The problem is I have 6 exercises that I regularly do and so the recent 3 at the top does nothing for me when I’m working out and changing workouts and I have to scroll. It’s a ridiculous update that Fitbit needs to do away with. They can still let you scroll through the dozens of random exercises but my shortcuts should be at the top still.

I had the same experience. Just got a new Fitbit and in the app. I chose six exercises as favorites, but I only got three on the top so I contacted support and they told me that you used to be able to choose six favorites to pin on top, but then they changed it to only the three recent exercises youve done will go on top. So if you’d like to do things like weightlifting or yoga, you’re stuck scrolling all the way down if you haven’t done it recently. In my opinion, they took a convenient feature of being able to choose your top six and even eliminate things that you may never use like Boot Camp, and replaced it with the three most recent Exercises. The app still has the prior “exercise shortcut” option.
