I saw that in quiet modes in settings, exercise focus is grayed out. Just wondering what this means? Not important but reply appreciated

Hi, @kingcharles1 , if your Inspire 3 has Exercise Focus turned on that means that you will not get non exercise notifications (texts, calls etc) when you are running the exercise app on your Inspire 3. Your only notifications will be related to exercise.
It will be greyed out by default, but will be available to turn on if you first turn Do Not Disturb.
