Firmware Update 214.24

My Inspire 3 is running 210.26 firmware and I am using 4.38 App software.

I got an indicator that a firmware update was available for the Inspire 3, so I went through the firmware install process.  When it was done, it still indicated that I was running 210.26 firmware and a firmware update was available, so I reset the Inspire 3, restarted my phone and did it again.

This time, it still indicated that I was running 210.26 firmware and a firmware update was available, so I reset the Inspire 3 and restarted my phone again.

After doing that, I got an App message telling me to click a tab to improve my Bluetooth connection, which I did, and now the Inspire 3 indicates that is running 214.24 firmware, which is good.

What is the new 214.24 firmware supposed to improve or fix on the Inspire 3?
