The laser that reads heart rate does not come on. Rebooted several times, there is no inspire 2 app, just the 3 and that is what I have. Any suggestions?

@dburge a feature of the Inspire 2 is that it can be worn on a clip or on your wrist. It may be that your device is in "clip" mode. In that case, the heartrate monitor will not be turned on and you wouldn't get BPM or active zone minutes. To check this, press and hold both buttons on the sides of the Inspire 2. You'll get a list of settings. Swipe up until you get to the last one. It should say "On Wrist", if you want see your heart rate. If it says "On Clip", tap on that and change it to "On Wrist".

Hi @dburge  there are two apps - iOS and Android. There isn't an app for each device. If you're under warranty, get with customer support.
