Ok, been happening for awhile. Fitbit turns off. Connect to charger & it turns on & shows battery life at 94%. Disconnect. Turns off again. Reconnect. Now battery is showing 71%. Disconnect. Turns off. Reconnect & battery at 48%. Disconnect. Turns off. Reconnect & battery at 22%. Disconnect, & turns off & reconnect again. Battery now at zero. It goes from about 75% to zero in overnight if not charged. Tried a new charger. Tried reinstalling the fitbit app.

Hi @Ibeashe4 and warm welcome to the forums.
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is turning off. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you tried.
This is definitely not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation.
Could you please confirm if you tried to restart your device? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
There are some other tips apart from trying another charger, which you can check out in the following article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hi, @Ibeashe4 , welcome to the community. You do not mention how long you've had your Inspire 3. Small form wearables do have a limited lifespan, depending on how often the battery has cycled through charge and discharge. It sounds as if yours has reached this barrier. Depending on when, where & from whom you bought it, you may have the benefit of Fitbit's returns policy
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi, @kimmyhoward12, welcome. In addition to @MarioSFitbit's advice, may I encourage you to make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices in your near vicinity when you try your setup. I have a handful of Fitbit's which until recently were fine, but started to have difficulty pairing some with my Pixel 8 Pro phone. Through trial & error, I discovered that when I removed all the devices except the one I wanted to pair to another room (and put them in a cooking pan with the lid on), I was once again able to pair the device normally. It would appear that a busy Bluetooth environment causes difficulties.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
