Hello, I was tinkering with some settings on my watch in an attempt to get it to sync. I accidentally clicked on some auto screen setting, and I saw a 10pm to 6am alert flash on my watch. Now my screen is black but the sides are reactive. I’m wondering if there is a way to reverse that setting. I’m assuming it’s some bedtime/battery saving feature.

Hi, @Dorci welcome to the community, you should try restarting your Inspire 3 -
To restart your Fitbit Inspire 3, connect it to the charging cable and then press and hold the buttons on the tracker for 10 seconds. Release the buttons, and the tracker will restart when it vibrates and the Fitbit logo appears. If your device is unresponsive, this is the recommended method for restarting it How do I restart my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center
