Fitbit Inspire 3 accuracy

Sleep spo2 95/96% Breathing rate 17/18 bpm. If I google, these are not optimal numbers. Should I be concerned?

Hi @shaw38,

I wouldn't be too concerned about that single-point measurement of breathing rate and oxygen saturation if I was you.

Google AI suggests that a breating rate of 12 - 20 bpm is normal for adults and your oxygen saturation is fairly respectable as well.  I would recommend wearing the device for at least a month and then take a look at the trends for breathing rate and oxygen saturation at that point in time first, because those metrics do change over time.
