Fitbit Inspire 3 - heart rate variability

I am interested in measuring sleep metrics and heart rate variability.  The Inspire 3 and Charge 5 appear to measure this data, but I can't tell if you can access it without a Premium membership.  The specifications pages state that the watches measure this information, but I am clear if you can access it without a Premium membership.  Premium membership is not that interesting to me, just don't want to pay $10/month for years to get this functionality.  Can anyone clarify if HRV is available on these trackers without a membership?

@SGabbard heart rate variability is a free feature. It does not require a Premium subscription.
