Fitbit Inspire 3 not Irregular Heartbeat notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So, I have the Inspire 3. The firmware has been updates, it is synced to the Fitbit app on my Samsung A13 Android version 13 phone. No problem getting data from the device to the phone. What does not happen is that no notifications are showing on the Inspire 3. I see the Inspire 3 as a paired Bluetooth device etc and I have enabled support for Irregular Heart Rhythm, and see them on the phone app.. I am especially interested in the Irregular Heart Rhythm, notifications coming to the Inspire 3. Can you help?

Thanks

Hello @dondwild

I moved your post from the Android platform forum to the Inspire 3 product help forum where you're more likely to get answers from other Inspire 3 users.

Hi @dondwild   I apologize if I misunderstood what you wrote.  It sounds like you want a notification on your Inspire 3, like a call or text notification.  Or like a high or low heart rate notification.  I’m sorry, but the feature doesn’t seem to work that way.

Hi, all I want to do is to swipe left while on the clock screen. That brings you to the "notifications" section on the Inspire 3. One would think important notifications would appear there, right? All mine read's at that screen is "nothing new"

Thanks

@dondwild   I never received an Irregular Rhythm Notification, so I don't know if this will make a difference or not.  Please look in the App notifications in your Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app
  • Tap on your Inspire 3 tile
  • Tap on Notifications
  • Tap on App Notifications
  • Toggle Fitbit: Health & Fitness to ON

Fitbit's Help article  says you can see the notification on your phone or on your Fitbit app.  It doesn't say that you can see it on the device screen.  It doesn't mention my suggestion as an option.

Hi

Those notifications are on and have been on. I am not seeing "Health & Fitness" as something to adjust, just a checkbox to allow stiff from the fitbit app. The only wrist notification I see in the other section is to have it "mirror my phone". I would not want all that, just Fitbit related. This thing caught Afib in me, and displayed it to the app on my phone. Went to the doctor that day.

@dondwild   We might see different things if you use an Android phone.  I described what I see on my iPhone.
