Fitbit Inspire 3 not working after recent update

Hey guys,

As the title says, my fitbit inspire 3 has  stopped working after updating it. Something must have happened mid update and the entire thing crashed because now theres a black screen. I tried resetting it but that did not work. It vibrates when it gets charged and it vibrates when i reset it. After removing it from the charger theres no response from it whatsoever. Im not sure what to do anymore because this update has broken my fitbit.

Hi, @Eshanshakir , without being clearer about exactly what is going on with your Fitbit I would say that the best next step for you would be to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com .  Be sure to let them know what troubleshooting steps you have tried, as that will help save time.

Hey Julia,

Thank you for welcoming me. I contacted Customer Support and they told me to do three things: Charge it for a couple of hours, use a different outlet and clean the battery. Did all of that and nothing is working. Cant even connect it through my phone. Im gonna send my fitbit to them and see what actually happened since thats now what they are asking me to do.

My inspire3 went to a black screen with no response whatsoever after my screen told me there was an error with clock and to go to Fitbit.com. I went to Fitbit.com and used app to choose another clock face. I guess it was downloading. Then I went back to check on it and screen was black and nonresponsive. Then I saw there was an updated available so did the update. That isn’t working to awake the screen.

Interesting, I’m going to try what they suggested to you and then call customer service if watch remains unresponsive.
