I have had my Fitbit inspire 3 for only 2 months. It was working perfectly until last week. The screen started to behave strangely. It started to glitch, flicker light and dark and has lines across the display. When I wake the device by pressing the side buttons the screen is completely black at first and it takes some seconds for the display to fade on. But it it keeps flickering with lines across it. It seems to still track stuff I'm doing such as steps etc. but the screen is terrible at the moment since I can barely see anything on it when I'm using it.
I have tried to do several restarts when I a have the device plugged into the charger but it hasn't corrected the issue. Has anyone had similar issues and/or no how to resolve this issue? I have no idea why what has caused this to happen. I really haven't had it that long so I'm very disappointed it has started to malfunction like this already.
Any help would be very much appreciated. I would really like to resolve this since I do like using this device a lot.

Hi, @LJaneSmith, welcome to the community, it's a pity you are having this experience. As you have tried restarting your Inspire 3 try changing the clock face in your Fitbit app on your phone. From the today screen touch your icon in the top left corner>Inspire 3 tile>gallery>clocks tab>choose another clock face>install.
If this does not help you may well have a faulty device so you should talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Before calling it's a good move to note the steps you've taken & the results so you can brief the agent quickly and allow them to consider the options open to you. As you've only had your Inspire 3 two months you will probably have the benefit of "Fitbit's warranty", the agent will need to know when & where you bought it if it applies.
