My inspire 3 has no synced with my phone since the day I set it up, just will not sync.
move had fitbits for years and this is the worst model I’ve ever purchased.
The time is wrong and it’s been one issue after another.

Hi, @Mariewills , please see this help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t sync.
I find the quickest way to force a sync is to log out of the app and log back in again. Sometimes it helps if just before logging out you also give your Fitbit a restart .
You mention in your post that you have had Fitbits for years. If you do still have older Fitbits attached to your account it might help to delete them from your account (you can always set them up again later if you want) because sometimes having multiple devices on the same account can interfere with efficient syncing, as multiple devices are no longer recommended/ supported.

I have followed all of the various the instructions on resetting multiple times, nothing seems to work. My Inspire 3 simply does not sync automatically with the app, and every time I want to see my stats on the app I have to jump through hoops. This is ridiculous!
