Fitbit Inspire 3 stuck on black screen

While trying to set up my Fitbit and do the software update, I accidentally unpaired it and now the screen won't turn on. Resetting it does nothing and it is fully charged. The Fitbit vibrates when you touch both buttons and the logo appears when you reset it, but that's it. When I try to connect it to my phone again the verification code does not appear. Any possible solutions?
