After upgrading the Fitbit Inspire3, I can no longer pair the fitbit with my phone (Android device, version 15). During the upgrade process, the bluetooth connection popped up saying that, for security purposes, I should forget the device and reconnect. I did so, but pairing the device within the app no longer connects. If I try to add a new device and replace my current device profile with a new Inspire 3 device, then the pairing 4-digit code pops up, but, if I enter it, it then says that the pairing failed and to try again.
I have tried to reset both devices, clear user data on my fitbit, turned on and off bluetooth and have attempted multiple times. I am not sure what to do. Please help, as I can no longer connect and sync to my fitbit.
