Fitbit app doesn’t detect installed SpO2 app

I’m using a Fitbit Inspire 3 with the latest Fitbit app (v4.43 on iOS). I’ve successfully installed the SpO₂ app from the Gallery — it shows as “Installed” in the device apps section. However, the Fitbit app still says I need to install the SpO2 app when I open the SpO2 or Health Metrics section.

My device is synced, the tracker has been rebooted, and I’m located in Poland, which supports this feature. I also reinstalled SpO2 app.

It seems like the Fitbit app isn’t recognizing that the SpO2 app is already installed. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
