Fitbit app won't load

When I sign into the app all I get is the Fitbit logo in the middle of the screen.

Hi there, @Cbrowne055. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Fitbit app. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
