4 months old fitbit inspire 3 fully charged at midnight this morning but drained off & hv only 28% at 9 am this morning again. It hv bn recurring since it was 3 months old, suspect it is a reconditioned set sent. Will switch over to the Polar Loop for safe working this time round when this fitbit die off!

Hi, @hong_ronnie, welcome to the community. As your Inspire 3 is only 4 months old, you almost certainly have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty & returns policy.

Note that this will depend on who you bought it from; it must be from an authorised seller.
