Inspire 3 is not getting charged

Tried charging the watch for more than 1 hour, it is not charging.

Hi, @Aishwarya2911 , have you had a look at the help article Why isn’t my Fitbit battery charging?   I would recommend reading through that.  Also, as I have mentioned in another post, the way the Inspire 3 charges (needs to be clicked into the charging device) and the shortness of the cord, means that it easily slips out.  I recommend charging it in a position where the Inspire 3 is fully supported so it cannot accidentally lose contact with the charger.
