Problems with Inspire 3 charger?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Does anyone else have trouble with charging their Inspire? Mine seems to always stop charging after a few minutes - I attach it, see the charging screen, and set it down. I come back later and it’s stopped charging and is only a little more charged than it was. I have to repeat this process multiple times to get it to charge fully. I’ve tried putting it in different positions to charge and have wiped down the connection points, but nothing seems to fix the problem reliably.

Hi, @wukantu1 , I also have this issue with my Inspire 3.  I believe that it is because the cable is particularly short and that you need to make sure that it is clipped into the little grooves on the charger.  Due to the short cable it slips out of the charger very easily.

I have found that the solution is to make sure that the Inspire 3 is propped up (I set it on a book or two) to make sure that there is absolutely no stress on the cable to make it slip out.  If the Fitbit is level with the charging source it will usually charge properly and fully.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the Community Forums.
