Fitbit is on infinite loading bar when sinking

When I sink my Fitbit to my Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max on iOS 17 I get stuck on an iOS infinite loading bar. I don’t normally care about sinking but I wanna get the most out of my Fitbit premium membership as possible so I really want to sink my Fitbit so I can se how I slept and do my workouts easier please help if you can
