Hi guys my Inspire 3 is losing steps. One minute I've done say 12000 steps I sync up and I've done 9000 steps. I check my watch numerous times in the day and see the step count has gone down by three or four hundred steps. Fitbit advised logging out, force stopping the app, turning the phone back.on and logging in and it's still happening. I then reattached my old Inspire 2 and is happening with that as well. Ive been using Fitbit since 2015 so am familiar with how they work. I don't use the mobile sync feature and don't have my account linked to any other health app. I know this is happening to lots of other people on all types of watches having read lots online but want to know when it's going to be fixed?

I’m having the same issue. Sometimes I “lose” almost 1000 steps.

Yep, it's absolutely so annoying. I've used Fitbit for over 15 years and it's a pity these issues cant be sorted ASAP. I have a Garmin Epix Gen 2, it's amazing but heavy and I love the form factor of Fitbit but it needs to work.

I’d have to look back, but I’ve probably been a Fitbit user for at least that long. Started out with the One, and everyone in my family had one, too. We followed each other, competed against each other, etc.
They have all moved on and now use Garmins or Apple Watches. If my current device is only going me rough estimates on my daily activity, I don’t need that! Can do it on my own. I am now also unable to add in classes that I go to, that aren’t Fitbit related.

I had two Ones over the years and didn’t think I could ever get used to a watch style tracker. I did, I like it, but it has to be reliable, and hasn’t been, lately.
