Fitbit not working for supervised child account

I am having the same problem described here. One child who could previously use the Fitbit no longer can.

I don't understand why Fitbit would create these restrictions for anyone who purchases their product. I now have three watches that have been a total waste of money with much frustration. I have contacted the Fitbit support several times with no reply. Beware of purchasing any Fitbits for your children. Choose another brand.
