So I've seen a few posts about this but they all mention about the steps being different on their phones to their watch. Mine is all on my watch. I looked at my watch earlier and had done 15k steps even got the Fitbit badge for it. When I looked back later it went down to 14k and thought that's strange as I got the badge for 15k then looked back again later at the steps on the watch and it said 12k!
When I looked on my phone it was matching my watch.
Any ideas?

Also to add I did have an alert to say I needed to charge it so I've now put it on charge but why would that reduce the steps? I could understand if it stopped tracking steps when the battery is low but not reduce the steps

@Abhuds , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.
It seems that you might have MobileTrack on.
MobileTrack uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those from your Inspire 3.
In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner). There you will see the devices linked to your account. If you see the Mobile Device Active(Smartphone) option, tap it and remove it from the account.
