Hi, @MamaRick, welcome to the community, it sounds like you have a defective device, contact "Customer Support" using the phone or chat facility for a prompt response. You will find it's a good idea to make a note of how long you've had your device and the steps you've taken to try & resolve your problem so the agent can get to the bottom of it quickly.
