Food log not working

I keep logging food and it loads multiple times, doesn't load, calories and macros all over the place. I cleared cache,  force stopped, logged out and in,  deleted and re-added app, and its still all messed up.

We’ve identified an issue with the calories not saving and have prioritized a fix. Our engineering team is currently conducting a comprehensive review to ensure everything is back on track. We appreciate your patience as we work toward a resolution. At this time, we don't have a estimated timeframe for a defenitive fix for this issue. However, please rest assured thatr we are actively working on it and will resolve it as soon as possible.

Good Evening Jcanata,

there are several of us that have been experiencing the same issues. We have been in contact with Fitbit since Monday. The reply you have received is the same as what we have been told. Hopefully they will get a resolution soon.

Good Morning All,

There hasn’t been any update as of yet. I’m really hoping for a fix on this issue soon. They have had similar problems in the past and were able to resolve it rather quickly, not sure what’s happening at this time.
