Forced to delete and reinstall app daily just to sync?

Hi all, apologies if this isn't the place to post this but I'm having so many issues with the app lately and no where has helped so far. For some reason my app won't sync to my Charge 6 anymore. The ONLY fix that works is to delete and reinstall the app, which I have been doing for the last few weeks, but the number of times I've been forced to do this has only increased. At this point I need to delete and reinstall the app multiple times a day just to get it to sync the data from my tracker. Does anyone know what I can do? All troubleshooting has failed so far. Do I just need a new watch at this point?

Hi, @tomoljo3, welcome to the community. You may find this article of interest Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Android - Fitbit Help Center , I apologize if you have already seen it. When you delete/install the app, it's a good idea to restart your cellphone as it presents a clean slate for the re-installation. Another move I sometimes find helpful is to go to the Bluetooth settings in your cellphone & "forget" your Fitbit device.
