Anyone else with Inspire 3 having challenges getting their heart rate zones when linked to their GPS tracking on their phone? I am using Samsung S21 Ultra with a Fitbit Inspire 3. When I use GPS tracking for my walk and afterwards bring up the the excercise details, for heart zones it always indicates "not enough heart rate data available." The odd thing is it still has activity zone minutes and I can see my daily heart rate measures through the entire period. When I wear my watch when it is not linked to phone, I get a nice graph of my heart rate color coded for the zones. When linked to phone I only get mins and no zone color mapping.

Best AnswerSorry for the double post, but I posted here too to make sure it wasn't just an issue with the Inspire 3.
Best AnswerIf other comes here looking for an answer... you need to initiate the excercise from the watch and not the app. You will then see heart zone mapping, graphs, etc. These are all missing if you initiate from app. It be nice if app knows you have a fitbit device it works the same way. I have added this to feature suggestions.
Best AnswerFitbit discourages cross posting and this is a no harm, no foul situation. A moderator might delete one of the posts if they find it first. Many of us browse all of the forums. Many users post in device forums when they have an Fitbit app issue or a third party integration issue. It happens all the time. Again, no harm, no foul.
