HR on Fitbit not lining up with app

I don't know what happened but yesterday my Fitbit inspire 3 started to not line up with the app. So on the watch it will say my HR is 150 but on the app it will say it's only 130. I have POTS so my hr goes up and down very quickly but it's been working fine for the past month. I tried restarting it multiple times, turning on and off the hr, and signed out of the app but nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
