I have dysautinomia so I've been tracking and working on my hrv for 8 months. After an update to the watch my hrv was suddenly higher. I had been trending up but one night it just jumped about 5 points and it has gone up since. Anyone else see the same thing? I want to think its my changes I've made and enjoy this but I gotta say I'm still tired my sleep is still not great so it's really not giving me good vibes. I think it was the update. Which saddens me.

Hi, @Missy3530 , welcome to the community. This is my Hrv graph for the last month -
It is all within my personal range without any disturbance. I recommend you consult your medical professional.
Cheers

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Missy3530. I'm sorry to hear that after an update to the watch your hrv was suddenly higher.
I couldn't tell if the update made this change to your HRV but as @Gr4ndp4, mentioned, I would recommend consulting your medical professional just to be safe.
Have a great day.
