Health Metrics Trends

ANSWERED

Why were the Health Metrics trend tabs/charts removed in the latest 4.39.2 App release?

These trend charts were very useful to see how BR, HRV, RHR, SPO2, etc changed over time during the week or month, so removing those charts and just providing a daily snapshot is a huge step backwards for the utility of this App.

Absolutely agree. That was the feature I used MOST in the app. Very upset and disappointed to see it removed.

They probably moved it to premium so we'd have to pay to see it. I used that for info for my doc this is so infuriating.

Hi @Beebopbeeboop   Fitbit didn't move the Health Metrics to Premium.  The recent app updates only changed the design to be consistent with the rest of Google's design theme.

@Bill_209  The trends are still there, but under each metric.  I don't like the fact that the week trend is now by calendar week and not the last seven days.  I also miss the 90 day trend.

Nope.  I pay Premium and am baffled and frustrated to have lost my favorite data display

In line?  It looks like we have left the year 2025 to return to the days of low data DOT Matrix in the 1990’s.  Not enough data or information to be anything but barely useful.  Why is Google going backwards?  Has Google no clue as to their user base?  Sorry, not dumping on you but Google.

I have premium and android and have also lost the trends. As someone else said, you can see them individually but not together and a "week" is now since Monday. So frustrating.

100% agree. Why did the very helpful, easily scannable and digestible visualizations disappear? Isn't that a top priority of this app? And also agree about the time period: I want to know this data in context of a recent time period (not something arbitrary like a calendar month). When I first got my Fitbit I was initially drawn to the engaging, colorful data visualizations. It's excruciating to watch them all disappear.

Also agree, the new health metrics displays are useless for tracking changes. Bring the old displays back
