Hi, I bought an Inspire 3 about a month ago, and the entire time the heart rate graph has not been showing on my app? Even though the green sensor light is actively tracking my heart rate and this shows up on the dashboard (see photos).
Both my app and my fitbit are updated to the latest version, I have tried restarting both the app and the fitbit, and have disconnected and reconnected the bluetooth in an attempt to get it to work, however the issue has persisted. Any ideas?

You can try logging out of the App, Force Stopping the App, restarting your phone and then logging back in to the App to force an App sync with the Google server.

Hi @FletchR ! Welcome to the Community !
Thank you very much for your message about the heart rate graph not showing, and I am sorry to know you have this problem.
This is a matter that our team is looking into closely.
However, several users found that the issue was resolved by changing the time format of their cell phones from 12 hours to 24 hours (iOS System).
To do this, on your mobile:
Settings > General > Date & time > 24 hours > Slide to ON.
Then restart the Fitbit app (closing it by swiping up), reopen the app and see if the graph appears. This should instantly resolve the issue.

@Bill_209 I appreciate your advice, thank you so much.
