the recent update for Inspire 3 introduced a new heart rate graph. Unfortunately this graph is a provides nothing more than a vague visual, it is nowhere near as good as the original graph. If the purpose of FitBit is to provide usable data, the recent update fails miserably and is a significant step backwards. I have shared my observations with FitBit and hope that they hear enough similar feedback to address. …
otherwise, the usable info on my Inspire 3 is shrinking (HRV data is useless and sleep info isn’t great either, eg. it’ll often show me sleeping for an additional 20 mins after waking). I like the concept of what the FitBit purports to do but the reality is that the data is becoming less compelling rather than more so and if not addressed, I’ll need other options. I won’t mention them here so as not to have this post erased …

Agreed. The main reason I bought Fitbit is to view my nightly HRV graph and improve my sleep quality and restoration. What are we buying a heart rate monitor that literally switched their software to hide the critical heart rate information we want?? Fitbit taking a step backwards in the app and no longer showing the information is insane. Definitely upgrading to a better system soon.

I completely agree I have arrythmia and stress induced palpitations - originally bought my Fitbit to help me manage this and the entire device is becoming increasingly useless to me to with these ‘aesthetic’ updates which remove features that are actually useful. As a former graphic designer myself you have to keep the user in mind when you design otherwise what you’re making is pure self indulgence that serves nobody but your own ego and that’s exactly what’s happening here - some designer going ‘but it’s pretty’ yes, but it’s not usable darling and that is the entire point of its existence.
