my inspire three does not charge anymore. Before it would charge sometimes but now it doesn’t. I’ve cleaned it, reset it, left it plugged in for a week. The charging connections look worn but are clean - clearly they should still work on a product that’s only two years old?!?!? Please design a better charging system if these connection pieces are only good for two years. What do I d if the reset and the cleaning (scrubbing, alcohol) didn’t work.
