The heartrate tracker of my Inspire 3 is structurally off by at least 30bpm during walks.
Tracker works fine during all other activities. Only when I am walking it shoots up to over 100bpm immediately. While my actual bpm is around 75bpm (manually measured).
I walk a lot and as such I get a significantly overstated amount of calories used. This impacts the ability to use the tracker for maintaining the desired diet. In my case I track it for eating enough so I face the risk of overeating as a result of this problem.
I have tried all the common things links adjusting tightness of wristband, restarting.

Hi @CharlesGe. It's good to see you participating for the first time in the community.
Thank you for providing the details regarding the situation with your tracker, and I'm sorry to know the inconvenience.
Even though you have already performed the tracker band adjustment steps you may find this article of interest How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? Also, I'd recommend to check help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? Please, take a look into this other article following Wear and Care instructions.
