How do I switch out my old fitbit (verse 4) to my new inspire 3 fitbit on my existing mobile app

@10807Yukon first you need to sync your old Fitbit, so you don't lose any data. Then, tap the device/battery % icon in the upper left of the screen in the Fitbit app on your phone. Near the bottom of the next screen, you'll see the option to add more devices. Select that and then choose Inspire 3 in the next screen and verify that you want to replace your previous device. After that, you can follow the instructions to set up the Inspire 3.
