How do I stop my Fitbit Inspire 3 from notifying me on?

How do I stop my fitbit inspire 3 from notifying me on when my phone is connecting to my car and other apps are constantly notifing me. I checked my notification settings and I don't have social on. It drives me crazy constantly vibrating

In order to give specific instructions, I'd like to know what app notifications you want to turn off. In the meantime, please see the steps suggested here: How do I turn my Fitbit device’s notification setting on or off? and How do I choose which alerts Fitbit sends me?

You can also turn off the notifications from your phone's settings. To do so: 

- Go to the phone's settings 

- Scroll down until you'll see Apps > choose Fitbit

- Tap on notifications > Tracker apps notifications (settings might change depending on the model of phone you're using)
