After the most recent update to my Inspire 3, I began receiving notifications on my Fitbit from my phone which I have clearly turned off on my app, and this wears down my battery quickly. The only thing I was told on HELP Chat was to turn on the DND ....well that works, but now I cannot receive notifications to remind me to get steps in every hour for 9 hours if I have the DND on. Before the update, I did not use DND during the day and I did not receive notifications from my phone because I had them turned off on settings. I still have those settings turned off on my Fitbit, but I still receive notifications I do NOT want unless I turn on the DND setting on my watch. How can I correct this dilemma so I can still have the reminders to move on my Fitbit but NOT notifications from my phone? Again, this was not a problem before the most recent update to Inspire 3.

Hi there, @DKAC. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still receiving notifications. I understand where your concern is coming from, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd recommend resetting the notifications settings on your Fitbit app. To do so, please try the following in the order listed:
- Sync your Inspire 3
- On the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Inspire 3 > Tap Notifications and you'll see the option to disable them or to turn them on. If they are already off, try turning them on.
- Log out of your Fitbit app
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Restart your Inspire 3
- Log back into your Fitbit app
- Turn off the Notifications settings
Let me know if this helps!
