Inspire 3: Interval Training, Sleep Tracking and Resting Heart Rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello, I've recently purchased a Fitbit Inspire 3 and would appreciate some assistance regarding three matters in layman's terms and easy-to-follow steps, please.

1. How do I check my resting heart rate?

2. How do I track my sleep?

3. How do I set my Fitbit for interval training? I have a workout where I run for 2 minutes and then walk for 1 minute for 55 minutes, etc. And how do I keep this workout, so I don't have to go through the whole process every time, and will it beep every time at the 2/1 minute mark?

Presumably, all of these can or should be done on my cellphone using the app, as it has a much bigger screen to work with than the Fitbit.

Hello @qwertymyob and welcome to the Community.  I don't wear an Inspire 3, but I hope I can help.

  1. Your resting heart rate should be available in your Heart tile.  I use an iPhone and my RHR is in that tile.  There is an Improve heart health focus option that has your heart rate as the largest icon on your Today page.  Tap on that to see your RHR.
  2. The Inspire 3 tracks sleep automatically.  Just wear it to sleep.
  3. Your Inspire 3 has an Exercise app on the device.  Swipe left/right to find it.  There is an Interval Workout shortcut.  You set a Move (your run), Rest (your walk), and number of reps.  I'm sorry, but this is the section where I can't describe this step-by-step, in layman's terms.  I wear a Sense 2 and my Fitbit is very different from yours.

Hello and thanks for your informative reply, and apologies for my belated
one. To be honest, I am somewhat of a Luddite and have not really taken the
time to get acquainted with my Fitbit, but will make an effort now.
