Hopefully, this doesn’t sound too stupid, but how can I get my Inspire 3 to count my steps? Do I have to ‘start the exercise’ every time I want it to track my steps? I just got this today (replacing a smart watch), and the instructions are pretty slim. I have nothing but a quick start guide and it took forever to get the time set right even though everything was sync. Since I have an older phone, I didn’t want to replace the smart watch with another one. I really just want something to count my steps.

Hi @DeltaMS this link - click to go there - has everything about the Inspire 3 - user manual, details on everything you need to know. Once you've set up your app and linked your Inspire 3, all you need to do is walk and it will count the steps. I use the walk exercise part when I want to see how far and long a walk is, but other than that, I just let the Fitbit do what it does best - track my steps.
