I’ve been unable to figure out how to make this feature work reliably and consistently. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps posted, but it doesn’t seem to have worked very well. I have location features enabled now, surely the app itself does not require to be open for this to work. That would make no sense. It is connected via Bluetooth. What’s the deal with this feature? It should be helpful, not difficult!
thank you

You do have to be at least within bluetooth range of your phone.

Thank you; this information isn’t anything I had not already found out though so it is not of any use to my concern. It has already been considered and incorporated with the troubleshooting.

@julesjmj thanks for getting back in the community.
I appreciate the feedback provided. I'm sorry to know that the feature is not working yet.
Please, can you provide a few more details in order to identify in which part of the process do you think the feature is not working?
In the meantime, try to perform a restart following these steps.
